Shipping is fast after the processing time. Customer service representatives always respond in a timely manner. My only complaint is sizing. Most things runs either super big or super small.

I’m very happy with almost everything. The only problem is sizing. Also they should upload pictures from clients and reviews to make ordering and sizing a lot more easier. Because it’s feedback from real people and pictures of actual clients.

I do wish the processing time was shorter and that out of stock items are listed BEFORE my order is placed. I’ll place an order and days later I’m told that certain things aren’t in stock and it messes up my inventory for my business. The customer service, however, is EXCELLENT. Someone is always getting right back to me and walking me through anything I may need as far as customization.
