  • Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

    Sometimes it takes some time to update the information.

    If the parcel is in transit or under clearing customs, 
    The information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station.
    Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time.
    We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to contact us to ask for help.
  • How can I track my order?

    It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it is shipped out from our end as the next facility need time to scan parcels.
    Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.

  • When i track my package, it says that the attempted delivery of my package was unsuccessful, what should i do?

    Please contact the shipping company and provide them your tracking number to find out more information.

    We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be,
    as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

  • Why does it shows my package has been delivered on the Wholesale7 website but it hasn’t?

    You may click the Receipt button accidentally . But it doesn’t matter .
    Pls wait patiently and use the tracking number we provided to track your parcel online .

  • Do you provide lower shipping fee or Free Shipping ?

    Sorry.Currently the free shipping service is not available on Wholesale7.
    But if you place an bulk order which order amount over 3000 USD.
    Pls fee free to email us service@wholesale7.net and our salesman will try to apply you discount on the shipping fee.

  • Can I arrange my own shipping agent ?

    Yes . You can .
    Pls tell us your shipping agent address in Chinese .
    Then after the order is prepared well . You can ask your agent come to our warehouse to pick the parcel up .
    Or we can send the parcel to the specified warehouse address .
    Item price over 100 USD is free shipping .
    Otherwise 1KG = 1USD for the shipping fee to China address .

  • Do i need to be at my shipping address when my packaged is delivered?

    Sometimes your package requires a signature for it to be delivered.
    You may contact the shipping company and ask them details about your package with the tracking number we provided you.
    If you missed the delivery, please contact them to rearrange the delivery or for you to pick up the package.

  • How can I deal with my package if I do not want it because of the customs taxes?

    Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs.
    However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes.
    We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be,
    As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
    As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs,
    so please contact the local customs office to get your parcel first.
    If you do not, there is a high possibility that your parcel be destroyed but not returned.
    (Pls note that the amount you pay for WHOLESALE7 is just item price + shipping fee ). Not include other additional charges .

  • Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?

    If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out.
    The parcel is sent from our warehouse first. Then parcels will arrive in the shipping company's processing center by plane.
    Then each shipping company will pick up parcels from airport.
    Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number.
    It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.
    Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info,
    after reaching next station. But if still shows invalid after the order is shipped out 5 days later.

  • Why was my package returned?

    There are multiple possible reasons:
    1) Wrong or incomplete address
    2) Invalid phone number
    3) Unable to deliver

  • Why does it shows my package has been delivered on the tracking website but it hasn’t?

    Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors.
    We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first.
    Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.
    Tracking number can be found by click "Tracking" under “My Orders”
    If you still cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Service.

     Yes .

    Currently Wholesale7 just have one warehouse which located in China .

  • Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?

    After placing your order, we may need 5-8 business days to prepare your order.
    Once the order is shipped and tracking number is updated ,
    You will receive the email of Shipping Notification Which sent by our system automatically.
    Please make sure you login the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well. If you can't find the shipping email 10 days after you’ve placed the order, please email us service@wholesale7.net .

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
    1. Cancelling a paid order.
    If the order has not been shipped out yet , you can send us an message under "My Orders". Or email to service@wholesale7.net 
    2. Cancelling an unpaid order: 
    An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 7 days . 
    Or please log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel " button. 
    Your order will be cancelled. 
    Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. 
    Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. 
    Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

  • What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

  • Will my order meet the out of stock situation during the process ?

     Maybe .
    Generally Speaking , If the items can be added to shopping cart, It means in stock currently .
    But you may still receive the out of stock email Under the below reasons
    ①Hot sale items are sold out temporarily Which will be restocked 7 days later;
    W7 will not change the status to out of stock of them and customers still can order them online
    ②Items are stopped to be produced by factory;
    W7 will update the status of them to out of stock and customers can not order them anymore 
    ③Items are found damaged or bad quality During our quality testing , 
    W7 also will send you the out of stock email , Pls rely our email in time .
    If you received W7 out of stock email ,You can replace or get refund of them .
    Replace:  Pls reply our email and tell us the Item code , color , size , quantity of the replacement
    Then we will handle for you  # Pls allow 3-4 business days more to prepare the replacement
    Refund:
    You also can request us to refund the item price + shipping fee for the out of stock items and ship the other prepared well items out ASAP
