    Registering with Wholesale7 has many benefits and will make your shopping experience easy and efficient.

  • Does the shipping company request my ID Card/IOSS/VAT?

    If your order is "Shipped", select " Tracking" to check the current status of your package

    You will then be taken to an overview of your recent shipping history of your package

    After you received your package,it can feedback and rating order to get Points.

    Noted

    Please allowed some time for the courier to update the latest tracking infor after reaching the next station.

    If you can't track order by this way.

  • Why the shipping information still has not been updated?

    If the shipping information has not been updated within 3 days, please wait patiently since the shipping company needs time to update.

    Otherwise, we suggest you contact the shipping company directly to get shipping details faster.

    But it may be a delay for delivery due to hot sales season.

    We will try our best to deliver your parcel as soon as possible and send a message to you once the parcel information updated.

  • Can I arrange my own shipping agent ?

    Yes . You can .
    Pls tell us your shipping agent address in Chinese .
    Then after the order is prepared well . You can ask your agent come to our warehouse to pick the parcel up .
    Or we can send the parcel to the specified warehouse address .
    Item price over 100 USD is free shipping .
    Otherwise 1KG = 1USD for the shipping fee to China address .

    Noted:Please confirm your agent address before order shipped out.

     
  • Do I need to pay the custom tax?

    In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

    1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. 

    2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country.

    You should refer to your local custom laws, and inform us about the requirements after ordering.

    3. When customs clearance procedures are required, there might be delays beyond our estimated delivery date.

    Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

     In order to help you get the package faster, please input your clear address information as much as possible.

  • What’s the basic service of self pickup location?

     Working Time and Contact Information

    Please check related information in "Account-All Orders-Tracking" ,if you can’t check it ,please email service@wholesale7.net and we will send to you.
     
    Retention Period 
    The parcel will be kept in self pickup location for 7 days.
    Please sign the parcel in time after the parcel arrives, otherwise, it will be destroyed and can't be re-delivered.
    Noted:Normally,if order be destroyed cuz you haven’t pickup package in time, we can not process refund for you.
     
    Delivery Method Change and Return Service
    The service is not available for changing delivery method and returning to self pickup location at present.

  • Why I didn’t get an email about my order being shipped?

    After placing your order, we may need 5-8 business days to prepare your order.
    Once the order is shipped and tracking number is updated ,
    You will receive the email of Shipping Notification Which sent by our system automatically.
    Please make sure you login the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well. If you can't find the shipping email 10 days after you’ve placed the order, please email us service@wholesale7.net .

  • How can i cancel the order?

    Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:


    1. Cancelling an unpaid order: 

    An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 7 days . 

    Or please log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel " button. 

    Your order will be cancelled.  

    2. Cancelling a paid order:
    We can help you cancel the order within three days after the order is paid.

    If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, You may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder.

  • Will my order meet the out of stock situation during the process ?

     Maybe .
    Generally Speaking , If the items can be added to shopping cart, It means in stock currently .
    But you may still receive the out of stock email Under the below reasons
    ①Hot sale items are sold out temporarily Which will be restocked 7 days later;
    W7 will not change the status to out of stock of them and customers still can order them online
    ②Items are stopped to be produced by factory;
    W7 will update the status of them to out of stock and customers can not order them anymore 
    ③Items are found damaged or bad quality During our quality testing , 
    W7 also will send you the out of stock email , Pls reply our email in time .
    If you received W7 out of stock email ,You can replace or get refund of them .
    Replace:  Pls reply our email and tell us the Item code , color , size , quantity of the replacement
    Then we will handle for you  # Pls allow 3-4 business days more to prepare the replacement
    Refund:
    You also can request us to refund the item price + shipping fee for the out of stock items and ship the other prepared well items out ASAP
    Refund will be processed to your W7 registered account balance and can be used to pay next order directly 
    You also can request us to refund to the same account that you paid with .
    It will be processed within 48 hours .

    3. Click the order number (ex. 20210331195094) to check the order status and order information.
  • Why was my order canceled?

    1. Unpaid order: It will be canceled automatically by the system if the payment is not completed in 3 days;

    2. Payment failure: It will be canceled if your order is in failed payment.
    3. Problem order: It will be canceled if we fail to contact you about Address issue of your order;
    4. Out of stock: It will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.
  • Why can’t i check out?

     There may be four reasons as below:

    1. Out-of-stock items issue: Please pay attention to items' stock count.
      If items are in low stocks, they may be purchased by other customers, which caused you cannot check out.
      Please remove these items and check out again.
    2. Shipping address issue: Please reconfirm your address and phone number are available or try to edit them again.
    3. Poor connection issue: Please refresh the page and try again.

    1. Default address: Please edit your address in “my account”-”shipping address”.

    2. Preparing order: You cannot edit by yourself. Please contact our customer service if needed.

  • Why are some items removed from my order?
    During the order preparing, some items are out of stock and we need time to update the stock out information online, which causes this confusing situation.
    We will send message to you about these out of stock items,if you have not reply us within 24 hours.
    We will remove the items' price from your total amount and send you a message, please don't worry:
    Some items stock out: we will cancel these items and refund the items' price to your W7 account.
    Whole order stock out: we will cancel the order and refund total amount to your W7 account.

    Our customers are from all over the world, so the sizes might be different.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
    Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your parcel.
    After this time we cannot guarantee that the return request will be accepted.
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .
    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
    Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services
    ( like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar ). By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in China.
    We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
    Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.
    If The package incurs any import duty when arrive in China Custom ,
    We will email you and tell you how much is it which need to be shouldered by your side .
