I was extremely upset with my first order, more so just the processing portion. There were alot of items I ordered that were not updated on being out of stock. However, upon talking with customer service I was able to get my order figured out. They did their best to accomodate me. As well as keep me updated, answered all my question, and got back with me in a more than timely manner about my order and where it was. Once the processing was finished it was smooth sailing. Shipping was much faster than I expected. I will continue to use them, im just hoping they get a faster processing system. Other than that it was a great experience and I put in my second order and am already waiting on it!!!
