Account Issue

     Ø  What should I do if I have trouble logging in? 

Make sure you have entered the correct email address and password you registered with. If you signed in with Facebook or Paypal the first time, simply click “Sign in with Facebook or Paypal ”.

If you still have trouble logging in after this, please contact our Customer Service Team via “Online Chat”, we’ll be happy to help. Provide as much detail (screenshots of the error messages, which ways you have already tried, etc) will certainly help solve the problem sooner.

     Ø  Forgotten Password 

When you click to ‘Sign in’ at the top of our homepage you will notice that there is a “ Forgot your Password’” button. Click on this and fill in your email address and we will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.

 

Products Issue

     Ø  Is the sizing the same as in my country?

We encourage all our customers to use the Milanoo size chart to verify the correct size before completing their purchase. This is to make sure you get exactly the size you require. Each items provide Detail in Tile Measurement under the description .

     Ø  Where are your products sent from ? 

At the moment,Wholesale7 just have one warehouse which located in Guangzhou China .

     Ø  How do I choose my size ? 

You can find a detailed measurement on each product page .

“One size” does not necessarily fit all sizes, this means there’s only one size for the product.

     Ø  Where can i find your latest products ? 

New products are being updated everyday on our site, click here to find the latest uploaded products.

     Ø  Will the Sold Out products be back in stock ? 

If an item is marked as “out of stock “,Usually it won’t be restock any more since we have new arrivals everyday . But you also can submit a ticket to us , We will try our best to communicate with the factory and update you later .

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also log into your wholesale7 account account to check the order status at any time. If payment has been received , the order status will show "Paid".

 

Shipping Issue 

     Ø  Do you ship to my country and How do I check the shipping time and fee?

As the Transit time (Not include the time for preparing order )it is depended on the shipping method you choose . Generally Speaking :

     Ø  Is there any customs, duties or taxes that I need to pay when I Sign for the parcel? 

Wholesale7 does not add any hidden charges to your order. The price you see in the checkout is the item price + shipping fee you will pay. However, there are certain things that wholesale7 has no control over such as the possibility of paying taxes when the goods enter your country. 

Please note that all import taxes/ duties are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Wholesale7 will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.

Let us know if you have any special packing or declare value when placing your order.

     Ø  How can I track my order? 

An email with tracking number and a link to the courier website will be sent to your once the order is shipped out .It usually takes 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be released from the courier so please be patient.

     Ø  Can I change my shipping information after I have placed the order? 

Yes, you can change your shipping information at any point before your order is shipped. 

Just inform of us of the new address and we will change it immediately.

     Ø  The tracking service shows that my package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything. Why is this? 

If the recipient is absent when the courier attempts to deliver, the package could be dropped at the local post office or a pick-up station, the status of the package will also be changed to “Delivered”.In this case, we suggest you collect your package from the post office or pick-up station as soon as possible. If you can not get your package, please contact the shipping company to arrange the pick up. You can contact us for further assistance .
